Win a WaterSense ShowerheadE-Z Pay for WaterSense
Want to experience a luxurious shower while saving water, energy, and possibly even money on utility bills?  Consider upgrading your shower- head to a high perform-ance WaterSense* labeled showerhead in celebration of WaterSense's "Shower Better Month" - or better yet, enter for a chance to win one through our E-Z Pay for WaterSense contest!

To enter, simply enroll in the City's automatic utility billing payment plan, E-Z Pay.  E-Z Pay automatically deducts your water bill from your authorized bank account, so you never have to worry about making a late payment.  Enroll in E-Z Pay in person at the Concord General Services' Utility Billing Office, located at 311 North State Street, or complete and return the online form by mail or in person.  All new and existing enrollees in E-Z Pay, as of 5:00 PM on October 23rd, will be entered for a chance to win one of five WaterSense labeled showerheads.  See full official contest rules.

*WaterSense is a program of the Environmental Protection Agency which focuses on increasing water preservation.
