What payment options does the city offer?
The city offers several payment options:

- You can use the envelope provided with the bill. (The address on the envelope is addressed to Manchester, NH - this is correct, not an error).

- You can pay in person at City Hall - 41 Green Street or at General Services - 311 North State Street

- You can pay your utility bill 24/7 on-line or pay by phone at 1-800-615-9507. Checks, credit cards and debit cards are accepted. There is a nominal fee that will apply.

- You can sign up for EZ-Pay. With EZ-Pay your bill is drafted directly from your checking or savings account without any further action from you.
