Does the library have quiet study and group study areas?
There are several areas in the library designated for quiet study.

The Back Study Room: A study area with laptop workspaces, microfilm viewers, and the Foundation Center Grant research computer.
The Lounge: Located in the lower level of the library, this is an open, no talking study area. Food and drink allowed, vending machines available.
The Small Study Room: A quiet, private study room that can be signed out for 2 hours a day. One table, seats up to 6 people. Ask for help at the Service Desk. First come first served. (Room includes a typewriter.)

There are various other seating areas throughout the library, and staff does attempt to keep the noise level to a minimum. Please speak with a staff member if you feel that someone is being too loud.
