What are the hours of parking enforcement?
Effective November 1, 2008, all parking meters in the City of Concord will be enforced from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday - Friday. This includes all three municipal garages and all on-street meters. The rate is $0.50 per hour in the municipal garages and $0.75 at on-street meters and kiosks. Parking meters are free after 5 p.m., on weekends, and on holidays. A good rule of thumb is: If the banks are closed for a holiday, you don't have to feed the meter.
