residents or commercial establishments. Proof of residency will be required. Loads must be 100% free of any unacceptable materials. Any unacceptable materials dumped will be retrieved by person(s) dumping. Gelinas Excavation reserves the right to reject any load. Illegal dumping will be subject to fines and penalties. Leaf and Yard Waste is free to City of Concord residents with proof of residency. These rates are effective as of April
