All maps were prepared for use by the City of Concord.  The City makes
no representations or guarantees of their accuracy or suitability for use
other than by the City.  Users other than the City, do so at their own risk.

 

  1. Maps - website (free) New!

    1. Property Based Web Map Viewer
      Property Based Web Maps - This is a property-based viewer to search, view, and print property maps and assessing data.  Many other GIS layers can be displayed as well.   Use the "Map Themes..." drop down menu to select a preset map from the list.  Use the interactive tools to zoom in/out, pan, measure, select by shape, find abutters, etc.

      Preset Maps

      Tax Lots Property maps with assessing data.  These are approximate location only and not survey quality!  We have recently found areas on this map that needed to be corrected as much as 40 feet.  The Engineering office does have survey quality plans for spot areas throughout the city.  These plans can be view and copied at City Hall.
      Streets General City map with landmarks, parks, schools and street names.
      Contours City map with Contour Lines (2 foot elevation interval developed from the 2000 aerial photos).
      Voting Wards Neighborhood voting boundaries and polling locations for Wards and House Districts (City Council Approved 8/13/2001)
      Schools General City map with School District boundaries and schools.
      Zoning Zoning areas - City Council Adopted 11/29/01.  For information on what all the codes are, go to the Code of Ordinances Document and see "Article 28-2 Zoning Districts and Allowable Uses".  Click on the yellow folders on the left of the page to see what's inside the folders.
      Aerial Photos (Spring 2000) Citywide spring 2000 true color ortho-rectified aerial photos of 1-foot resolution.
      Aerial Photos (Spring 2005) Citywide spring 2005 true color ortho-rectified aerial photos of 1-foot resolution.  This data set was acquired by NHDOT and can be purchased from NH GRANIT GIS Clearinghouse.

    City - General city map with street names, lakes, ponds, rivers, parks (and public places), schools and other landmarks. $35.00 - wall map 33" x 44"
    City with Property Lines - General city map with Tax Map property lines shown $35.00 - wall map 33" x 44"
    Zoning - Zoning areas with property lines - City Council Adopted 11/29/01 $35.00 - wall map 33" x 44"

  3. GIS, CADD and Photo Data Purchase

    Aerial Photos (Spring 2000) - 100 scale mapping, one foot pixel, color TIF $60.00 - For 4 adjacent tiles (2x2).   Each tile covers 0.43 square miles.  See this map.
    Aerial Photos (Spring 2000) - 100 scale mapping, one foot pixel, color TIF $580.00 - All 198 tiles (on DVD only)
    Aerial Photos (Spring of 2000) - 100 scale mapping, one foot pixel, color.  This format is slightly less quality than the TIF when zoomed in close. MrSID $117.00 - Citywide (one file). 
    Contours - 2 ft intervals interpreted from the Spring of 2000 - 100 scale mapping.  These are good for planning purposes only. AutoCAD 2000 DWG $60.00 - For any 1 of the 16 files covering the City.  The extent of the files vary widely.  See this map.

    Property Lines - Assessors Tax Map accuracy.  Not survey Quality. ESRI Shapefile $117.00 - Citywide.
    Property Lines with Assessors Data - Assessors Tax Map accuracy with select information joined to the property polygons.  This product is always a work in progress to keep the GIS polygons in sync the Assessing data.  It may take a few months for this layer to catch up with recent subdivisions. ESRI Shapefile $580.00 - Citywide.
    Zoning - Zoning polygons with zone symbol and long descriptions (City Council Adopted 11/29/01) ESRI Shapefile $117 - Citywide.
    Buildings - Buildings as seen in the spring of the year 2000 aerial flyover plus additional buildings collected by GPS. ESRI Shapefile $117 - Citywide
    Street Centerlines - Street centerlines with names.  This is maintained on a regular basis. ESRI Shapefile $117 - Citywide
    Addresses - Address points with street name and address numbers. ESRI Shapefile $117 - Citywide
    Green Spaces and Landmarks -  Polygons representing Parks, Cemeteries, golf course and points representing government landmarks.  This product is delivered in two separate layers. ESRI Shapefile $117 - Citywide
    Voting Wards and Polling Locations - Neighborhood voting boundaries and polling locations for Wards and House Districts (City Council Approved 8/13/01).  This product is delivered in two separate layers. ESRI Shapefile $117 - Citywide
    Pavement - This layer represents pavement as seen in the spring of 2000 aerial flyover.  We are working on updating it with recent major developments.  This layer includes street. driveway and parking lot pavement as seen from the air in the year 2000. ESRI Shapefile $117 - Citywide
    School Zones and Schools - This product is delivered in two separate layers.  The zones are polygons and the schools are points. ESRI Shapefile $117 - Citywide
