Concord Parks and Recreation offers a wide variety of programming and volunteer opportunities for adults. 

Archery ages 6 through Adult: Archery lessons for Concord Parks & Recreation are lead by Dana White, an instructor with over 30 years of experience. All equipment is provided.

Tae Kwon Do ages 5 through Adult: For self-defense, sport, fitness and fun, come learn a fast action martial art from Korea. Instruction is provided by Master Daniel Jung, a 7th degree black belt from NH Kicks Tae Kwon Do Family Fitness. During the last class students will participate in a board breaking ceremony.

Adult Tennis League: The tennis leagues are for beginner - advances players. Participants will play 1-2 sets every week as time permits. The league is facilitated by Pattu Pillai, USPTR

Volunteer Coach: Concord Parks and Recreation is looking for volunteer coaches for our spring basketball, NFL Flag Football and Soccer.

Gentle Yoga: this 60 minute class is designed for students that prefer a slower paced, easier yoga class.  Gentle Yoga will include breathing and relaxation techniques as well as both standing and seated postures.  This class is suitable for students who’ve completed the Beginner Yoga series or have a basic understanding of yoga postures.
