Park Master Plan Process
The
City of Concord has retained the firm of Copley Wolff Design Group, Landscape
Architects and Planners, to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of certain City
parks including White, Merrill, Garrison, and Rollins Parks.The City has also retained Groundwork Concord to conduct a comprehensive
evaluation of Kimball Park.The end
product is envisioned as a plan for each park with a prioritized list of
maintenance actions and improvements, together with estimates for the same that
will guide City operations and capital investment.The planning process is being conducted in cooperation with the City’s
Recreation and Parks Advisory Committee and is being managed by the City
Planning Division.
