How to lease a Parking Space:
1. Parking Spaces may be leased in three City parking garages:
The Durgin Block Garage on School Street, The Firehouse Block Garage (next to the YMCA) on North State Street, and The Capital Commons Garage on Storrs Street. Leased spaces are currently available at the Capital Commons Garage for a discounted rate. Call 225-8640 for information.
