The Purchasing Division of the Finance Department, in conformance with the City Charter and the City of Concord Code of Ordinances Chapter 31, strives to acquire goods, services and equipment and dispose of surplus personal property through a process that provides optimal value for the taxpayer, meets the needs of all City Departments, is responsive to and respectful of all customers, encourages competition and discourages partiality, is fair, open, ethical and efficient.
