Welcome to Concord Public library's electronic reference service. At this time, this service is limited to Concord residents and/or Concord Public Library cardholders, or to questions relating to the City of Concord.

Please feel free to ask any queston you might ask at a public library reference desk. CPL's team of reference librarians will spend up to 20 minutes researching your question. We will provide an answer if there is one readily available. If not, we'll recommend resources that will guide you to an answer or help you to conduct your research more effectively.

Reference staff will make every attempt to answer your questions within 3 days, excluding weekends and holidays. If you need faster service or for more complex questions, please come to the Concord Public Library Reference Desk or call 603-225-8590.

When asking your question, please be as specific and detailed as possible; this will help us to respond more quickly and accurately. Also, telling us how you will use this information can help us focus our research and may result in a more meaningful answer. Please, only one question per form.

Please note that if the response to your question requires mailing or faxing material, there will be a charge incurred. Mailed copies will be billed at $1.00 for the first page and $.50 per page thereafter. Faxed copies will be billed at $2.00 for the cover sheet and $1.00 per page thereafter.
