The mission of the City Clerk's Office is to provide City of Concord residents with an election process in accordance with Article 11 of the Constitution of the State of New Hampshire and in accordance with the City of Concord City Charter.

Registering to Vote
Concord and Penacook residents may register to vote at the City Clerk's Office. Please contact the Clerks Office with any questions

Absentee Ballots
Absentee Ballots are available at the City Clerk’s Office. If you are a registered voter or will register to vote at least 10 days in advance of an election, and are unable to vote at the polls on Election Day due to absence from town or physical disability, you may obtain an absentee ballot from the city clerk.

Write to, or appear at, the City Clerk’s Office at City Hall to request your ballot. During a primary election, voters not declared to a party will be asked to declare a party on their ballot request application. Ballots are given in-hand to the voter or delivered via U.S. mail.
