Museum Passes


The Concord Public Library is pleased to offer the following museum passes for patrons to check out. The Concord Education Association provides funding for all passes.  The passes are subject to the rules and regulations of the museum.  Passes generally do not include admission to special exhibits.  For detailed information on hours, show times, and special exhibits, please visit the museum website.

Rules of Use

A pass may be requested by patrons with a valid Concord Public Library adult card by calling the Circulation Desk at 225-8670.  If the pass is available, it will be held at the Circulation Desk for one hour. Passes are loaned for three days and are not renewable.  A borrower must present a valid Concord Public Library adult card to check out a museum pass.  The pass must be returned in the case.  The overdue fine for a pass is $5.00 per day, and the replacement fee for a pass is $30.00.

Each coupon is good for two people for reduced admission of $6 per adult or $3 per child age 6-17.

The museum opens for the season on Saturday, May 16 and is open daily from 10:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. through October 31.

*Christa McAuliffe Planetarium

We have seven passes, one for each day of the week.  Each pass is valid for $36 (covers 4 people) for free admission to the new Shepard Discovery Center Exhibit Area. To enjoy a planetarium show you must pay $3 per person.Please visit the planetarium web site for hours and show times.

*Currier Museum of Art

Each pass admits up to two adults for free general admission.

 

The museum is open: 

Saturday 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday - 11 a.m. - 5 p.m.

On the first Thursday of the month, the museum will stay open until 8 p.m.

Closed Tuesdays.

 

 

*The Fells

Pass admits two adults and all children in a family. 

The gardens and trails of The Fells are open dawn to dusk year round. The Main House is open 10 a.m.- 4 p.m. weekends and Monday Holidays, Memorial Day through Columbus Day; and Wednesdays through Sundays, June 17 through Labor Day. Please visit the web site for more information.

Regular Season Hours

Open daily (including holidays) May 1 – October 31

Monday - Saturday 10 am - 5 pm, Sunday noon- 5 pm.
 

Weekends and by appointment only November 1–December 20.

    April 15 – December 15.
  • Self-guided tours of galleries available all day
  • Indoor and Outdoor Quests
  • Self-guided tours of Medicine Woods available all day

 

**Museum of Fine Arts

The museum uses a dated coupon system, with one coupon for each day of the year.  Each coupon admits two people, for general admission, at a reduced cost of $5 each, which is a savings of $10 per person.

The Museum of Fine Arts is open seven days a week and the hours are Monday and Tuesday 10 a.m.-4:45 p.m.,  Wednesday-Friday 10 a.m.-9:45 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday 10 a.m.-4:45 p.m.

Galleries are subject to last-minute closings and changes.

Each family pass admits two adults and their children or grandchildren.

The museum is open Tuesday through Saturday, 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Sunday 12 noon to 5 p.m., and is also open Monday 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. from July 1 through October 15 and in December.
